Dear Harrisburg High School Students, Parents, Guardians, and Community Members,
We are excited to celebrate the Class of 2026 Prom on Saturday, May 9 at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines, rules, and expectations.
Prom is a formal school-sponsored event. All Harrisburg School District policies remain in effect, and all students, parents, guardians, and spectators/community members are expected to abide by the District's student handbook, as well as behavior, discipline, and Code of Conduct policies. No Exceptions.
NO parents, guardians, nor spectators will be allowed to park on the Sheraton property. The only exception is for handicapped individuals who MUST display a valid handicapped placard or license plate. All parents, guardians, and spectators MUST park in the shopping plaza parking lot and utilize the stairway that leads from the shopping plaza onto the Sheraton property. Please enter the plaza parking lot from Chambers Hill Road and High Point Boulevard, near the Target Store.
Parents and guardians of the Class of 2026 will receive a full hard copy Prom notification from their child's school, which will be sent home with seniors on Friday, May 8. For questions, please call the main office at your school.
