The Harrisburg School District is actively soliciting proposals for school photography services for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with an option of 4 one-year renewals.
The deadline for submission of proposals is May 12, 2026 at 11am. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. All questions and requests for clarification are due by 4pm on May 1, 2026.
The District reserves the right to i) waive any immaterial defect or informality; ii) reject any or all proposals or portions thereof; iii) reissue a solicitation; and/or iv) conduct supplemental negotiations with any individual respondent.
