Absence Excuses should be submitted within 3 days of the student's absence.  Please submit excuses for sickness, medical excuses, family bereavement, doctor appoinments etc.  Any special requests need to be submitted to the school office directly.  

Simply write out a note with the reason and the date of the absence, date the note and then sign the note.  Take a picture of that note and any supporting documentation (i.e. doctor's notes, court appearances etc) that may be needed and attach it to an email.  Please send all excuses to ahernandez@hbgsd.us.  Attendance phone number 717-703-4156.
