    Note: Each year the Dental Hygienist visits grades K, 1, 3, and 7 to perform the Pa State Mandated Dental Screenings. If your child has had a dental check up with your dentist, they may be exempt from this screening.
     
    Please return a Private Dental Exam Form to your school nurse after your child's next appointment. Forms may be downloaded here or you can get them at your child's school.
